PSI Senior Education and Communication Specialist Larry Lebofsky participated in a workshop at Biosphere 2 that taught Girl Scout volunteers, staff, troop leaders and STEM coordinators how to present space science. PSI provided activities and equipment, like telescopes and solar glasses, for the event.

Funded by NASA’s Science Mission Directorate, “Reaching for the Stars: NASA Science for Girl Scouts” is a space science education program that will bring together Girl Scouts with scientists, engineers and educators at NASA and beyond.
