Students at Kyrene Akimel A-al Middle School in Phoenix, Arizona enjoyed a presentation on meteorites that featured PSI Senior Education and Communication Specialist Larry Lebofsky. About 140 seventh graders from the school were able to handle a wide variety of meteorite samples found all around the world, and each also got to take home a small sample of a meteorite.

Below, an instructor explains details found in a meteorite sample during the event.
